recap.

This week has been a little tooooo busy for my liking, but finally some time for a blog post!

DBM over the weekend was a total success. It was wonderful to meet so many bloggers, and can't wait to see all the girls who live in the area again soon: starting with seeing Something Borrowed with Neely on Friday morning! I am incredibly pumped to see this movie. Hopefully it lives up to the book (one of my favorites).

I started my gym membership back up (surprisingly for veryyyy cheap), and I'm about to go hit the stair master here in a minute! I'm hoping I can stay motivated. Last summer I was a workout MACHINE - where did that motivation go!?

Tonight I went to dinner with my parents @ Arturo's - our favorite mexican food! And I think tonight after my workout I'm going to take a little break and watch some TV. I'm currently reallyyyy into Parks and Recreation. I'm glad I gave this show a chance - IT'S GOLD.

In other news, I can't say I'm in too much of a good mood this week. I stay at my boyfriend's apartment a lot, but I don't leave a ton of things over there - ya know, just the essentials. However, sometimes I'll leave my watch on the counter, or a pair of extra shoes, or a couple of shirts. I'm not sure why, and I'm not able to pin-point anyone, but someone has been stealing from Drew's apartment, and considering we only ever have his very close friends over, this just SICKENS ME.

Let me also point out that Drew's apartment is tiny. I mean, my room at my parent's house is probably bigger than his apartment. Once something goes missing, we realize QUICKLY. So far, my favorite watch (gifted from my father), forty bucks out of my wallet, and a necklace have been taken. Furthermore, some gift cards my parents gave Drew were also taken. The unfortunate part is that we're always so hospitable to our friends, that we often let people spend the night, and multiple guys will be over at a time...it's impossible to tell who did it. There's not enough places to hide anything, and apparently no part of his apartment is off limits to this thief.

Stealing from your friends - especially the ones who are so darn nice and hospitable to you - is just so unclassy.

Karma comes back around.

I can't wait to hang out more! I'm so glad we were able to meet :)

That sucks about yours & Drew's things! It's so hard to trust people these days, but it's sad when it's people who you consider your friends. You said it right when you said karma comes back around, it sure will, and they'll be sorry!
