That is freaking weird. I probably would have been matter-of-fact and said what I saw in the computer. Ha. But I'm just rude like that. I worked at VS for four years and I loved calling out stupid customers in a matter-of-fact nice way. ;)

When I worked at a pharmacy, we had a similar situation come up with a man getting his 'male uppers' filled at our pharmacy to use while cheating on his wife! He got caught on one of our courtesy calls to refill his prescription. It turned into this whole ordeal that lasted for weeks. I felt so bad for his wife and the poor girl I worked with that called and left the message! Men can be such idiots!

that is so freakin unbelieavable and just plain awful.

i used to work in retail(nine west & easy spirit) and loved it but then there would be those times when i'd be at easy spirit and witness people shopping with their older parents and be plain horrible to them and have to simultaneously put them in their place, while keeping it professional and feel like i'd need to make those elderly people smile and be acknowledged for the 45 minutes they were in my store just to help somehow.
